I was not very pleased with the way customer service was handled. I had an appointment but some how my car got pushed back and was not given the service that I requested. The excuses, and blame that I received was not appreciated. One reason I was given about my car was that rates were different, that's why my car was sent to collision. Mike, our salesman found the car we wanted and successfully arranged a dealership swap. We were called and made aware of all the things that went on with our purchase. I called Deborah from the side of the road with a flat tire, she immediately checked to make sure that my tires were in stock and told me to come anytime that day and she’d get me taken care of. On arriva tire, she immediately checked to make sure that my tires were in stock and told me to come anytime that day and she’d get me taken care of. On arrival, my car was immediately taken back and started on, an hour and a half later and I was on my way home. Excellent service as always!!! More
