Welcome to our website and I hope to meet you at our dealership! I worked in our Service Department for over 7 years where I had the opportunity to meet a lot of people and learn customer service skills. In 2013, I moved into the Customer Care Specialist, and I get to use the customer service skills I learned in our Service Department every day. My job involves contacting customers to ensure they are ?Completely Satisfied? with their experience, contacting customers we haven?t seen in awhile to make sure everything is ok with their vehicle and notifying customers when there is recall from General Motors. It?s my goal to keep a customer for a lifetime and earn their family's business too. I graduated from Southside High School ? Go Rebels! I enjoy volunteering in my community and have been an active member of the Junior League of Fort Smith since 2005. When I?m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, riding horses, camping, and going to the lake.

I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my pr “ Exceeds Expectations! ” I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Rachel Colquitt took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. Adriana Burton even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Rachel @ Harry Robinson Buick GMC. Everyone @ Harry Robinson Buick GMC was top notch! Derek Creekmore went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the SUV I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on the Buick Encore the process was absolutely painless. Jon Schumacher quick and professional with the finacing. I felt like family by the end of the whole process!
