Upon contacting HRBG we were extremely hesitant about what we were going to but Derek restored faith that purchasing a vehicle can be fun and exciting without the hassle ! I was referred to Harry Robinson where I purchased an outstanding vehicle. Sadly, 6 months later I was hit and my car was totaled. Since my first experience was so great I decided to purchase another vehicle from Harry Robinson. Last June I flew down and picked up my car. Again, a fabulous experience and I loved my Buick. Recently, I decided that living in Denver, I needed an AWD. In early August I called Harry Robinson to see what my options were. They immediately went to work, and work they did! They met ALL my needs and EXCEEDED most. They found me the perfect vehicle and I couldn't be more pleased. Service Patty Davis in customer service is great! She setup appointment time for me to bring my car in, the mechanic, Brian Hutson found the problem, the car Patty Davis in customer service is great! She setup appointment time for me to bring my car in, the mechanic, Brian Hutson found the problem, the car needed new power steering pump. Patty called me to tell me the problem and price for repairs. New pump was ordered and installed the next day also my car was ready before the time I was told that it would be ready. Everyone was very friendly that I talked with at Harry Robinson Buick GMC, along with Amanda Mendenhall. Job well done! More
