I wanted to leave a review of our most recent interaction this past Tuesday which was May 13th 2025. I had set an appointment to go to the dealership which was nearly an hour and a half away from where I this past Tuesday which was May 13th 2025. I had set an appointment to go to the dealership which was nearly an hour and a half away from where I live, but when I got there Scott greeted us at the door and took us in for our appointment for a 2022 Ford Escape PHEV to test drive the vehicle for a possible sale. Scott did an amazing job of quickly getting us to test drive the vehicle and letting myself and my fiance to test drive the car to see if we would like it. After going over the possible finances, we elected to purchase the car and trade in my Mazda, while it was below the KBB Value, I was willing to still make a deal. It did take nearly 3-4 hours for us to get the vehicle, but Scott and Johnny (the Financial advisor) helped us get through it. In terms of the fees/add ons (not including tax or registration) it was a total of nearly $3,500 which is pretty steep, granted I was willing to bite this as the car I purchased was a great find and I can pay this off, but for others I would recommend to be aware before purchase. Overall, I would do business with them again and I would recommend Scott as your salesperson! More
