She answered many questions ahead of time, got appropriate information in advance, and even had a Toyota that we were interested in waiting for us to test drive. As we were waiting for the final paperwork, she spent time learning about our family, which is most important to us. We even shared funny videos with each other. Lol. This all made the experience very personable and memorable.
