Never had a problem with service. The personnel listen and always explain service needs and options if available. I have taken all 3 of my VW's for service there if I can't perform repairs myself. Always have a good experience with getting my car serviced at NP VW. Jake helped out a lot getting my car ready and things it needed. I had an issue with my engine. I came in to get it fixed, the problem was diagnosed and the repairs were done with 100% satisfaction. The car runs great now and I am very happy. A direct conversation would be much more efficient. I received customer credit checks for parts and a synthetic oil change and discovered that the dealership price is $40 - 60 more than independent oil change facilities providing the exact same service. Additionally, I was advised of a recall notice and subsequently told that I would be assessed charges due to the age of my vehicle. In essence, after all work and service recommendations, the projected repairs with parts to be ordered was in the neighborhood of $1100.00 Not stunning but very very calculated and deceptive! Please remove me from any future correspondence and mailings as I never received any recall notices yet I was clearly informed of how much it would cost me for an advice of recall via VW! More
