I didn't have a problem with the dealership directly. I had a problem with one of its salespersons. This was the second car I leased from him, 2019 ES350, and It was fine. The second, a 2021 NX 300, I aske had a problem with one of its salespersons. This was the second car I leased from him, 2019 ES350, and It was fine. The second, a 2021 NX 300, I asked him a question that was important to me, I got the wrong answer, he knew the right one, I trusted him. I found out the right answer when I got home, the deal was already done! More
