I dropped my vehicle off for a leak and was told it would take a few days and they gave us a rental. After 5 days, the rental we had broke down on the side of the road. Mind you I have three young children a take a few days and they gave us a rental. After 5 days, the rental we had broke down on the side of the road. Mind you I have three young children and a broken ankle. There is no emergency contact or anything for me to get in touch with someone since it happened while Tim’s was closed. We called a tow and they took care of it. I left two messages about what happened. I NEVER received a phone call to make sure we were ok and if we needed assistance with another vehicle.the next morning I called and left a message. I got a ride to the dealership that afternoon to explain what happened and they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and was just going to give me another loaner ( mind you I have a broken ankle so can’t drive) they got it delivered to my house which was the least they could do. They had my vehicle for 10 days which was supposed to be a few day process as to which I was told. I am not happy with the whole situation. My vehicle that I bought from Tim’s has been in the shop longer than I’ve been able to drive it. I am not happy with how they handle things. I deserved a phone call first thing the next morning regarding their loaner vehicle that broke down on us on the side of the road. There needs to be an emergency contact number on your website or Atleast the tow truck number or something. If my boyfriend wasn’t friends with the tow truck driver then I’m not sure what would of happened because we wouldn’t of known who to even call. I am very disappointed. Things need to change. I should have listened to others when they told me not to buy my vehicle from Tim’s and also get it fixed there. More
