The dealership provided great customer service. Service personnel were courteous, professional and friendly. They provided me with a loaner/rental car at no cost to me. Much more improved and customer friendly. I was able to make a same day appointment and get my oil changed. I was offered water during my wait. I was told the wait would be 1-2 hours and it w I was able to make a same day appointment and get my oil changed. I was offered water during my wait. I was told the wait would be 1-2 hours and it was only an hour. Last but not least i was impressed with receiving a much better report that lets me know what my car needs done in the future. A long with that report i was sent a video which provided so much more transparency on how my car is really doing. I felt like in the past i would just have to take the dealers word for it but providing that transparency helps tremendously. One thing i would encourage to add is a short charging station where customers can charge there phone while waiting. Internet connection is not the best in the waiting room but if i can atleast charge my phone while waiting that would be awesome. More
