For me, Eva was unresponsive. Eva was short on the phone, and treated me like I was a burden. Kelly Nissan had my car for 3 weeks. Only when I told them I would have to take their Eva was short on the phone, and treated me like I was a burden. Kelly Nissan had my car for 3 weeks. Only when I told them I would have to take their loaner to St. Louis, my car was done the next day. Kelly Nissan’s Service Department let me down. And I’ve brought 3 Nissan’s since 2021. When I picked up my car, it was dirty and the interior where the mechanics got in and out of my car was not cleaned. I picked up my car in the evening so the disrespect for my car wasn’t noticed until the morning. And I had the loaner washed before I brought it back! The rogue I brought in 2021 saved my life as I had a medical episode while I was driving. I wanted to be loyal to Nissan for our next car purchase because I like the Rogue. But I won’t be buying a Nissan again. I’m still waiting for a return call from Ralph Zamudio. Thank you Freddie Herringer More

The dealership provided great customer service. Service personnel were courteous, professional and friendly. They provided me with a loaner/rental car at no cost to me. I was sent a video of the mechanic's inspection of my car, and notified when my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was informed the latest time of returning the car, if or after the service department was closed. Overall, the service department personnel were very helpful. More
