Dawn originally setup my appointment. Amber met me as I pulled up. She got me over to Dawn. I was given a loaner and within a few hours Amber called and said my car was set. free oil change expired and was charged when I was on the telephone when making the appointment it would be free. Had the girl double check because if I had to at I would not have driven an hour one way the telephone when making the appointment it would be free. Complete turn off. I am upset about the whole thing. The manager should have covered it and apologized for the mistake. More

Service at Otto is always good. I normally give 5 stars butt the oil change and tire rotation on my car took over 1 1/2 hours to complete. Outstanding service department. Got me in right away, not truly knowing the issue.
