Service with a smile Anytime I take Either vehicle for service it's done right and at a fair price. This time I had a seat track replaced under warranty and it was no problem. The service writers are always trying to help with my needs. If and when I need another vehicle or service I will return to this dealership. It's hard to find a dealer that cares, whether its service, parts or the general manager they do care about you. Any time I see Amir Asadi he will ask if every one is treating me well with my service and is always concerned about my service. That means a lot.... service after the sale. Carol in service is always vey helpful and is a great asset to the business. I can't forget the parts manager, he does a great job with my over the counter parts purchases. More

I'm on the fence My family and I are loyal customers to Murray Ford and service. I have had a less-than-desirable Experience the last two times I have had service. At My family and I are loyal customers to Murray Ford and service. I have had a less-than-desirable Experience the last two times I have had service. At my last service I chose to also get my rear brakes replaced. I was overcharged on the labor. On my most recent visit, I authorized two procedures to be done, and 3 were done. I was charged for all three. The good news is, the supervisors of the service department took care of the overcharge without hesitation. I'd like to think it was an honest mistake, but either way, I appreciate the quick response and service recovery that was offered. Another issue that I was having was a slow leak in one of my tires. I was told that there was a small nail too close to the sidewall to patch. I took my car today to get a second opinion regarding the patch. The nail was actually found to be about half an inch from the center tread of the tire. I visualized it myself. I'm very thankful that I did not buy a new tire and I got a second opinion. I am on quite the emotional rollercoaster with Murray Ford service center at this time. Thank you to Amir for your help regarding this matter. More
