I am surprised that Amy was supposed to follow up with me. Then according to her the service manager possibly did not get the her email so my car can be fixed under warranty. She then resent the email to the service manager. The question , why would it take weeks to get a reply from the service manager? The car is unsafe to drive!
I do appreciate if you can contact me ASAP.
