Service intake people probably ought not to say things like f*xxxxx xxxxxx when it's early in the morning & they think no customers are in the building. Waited 3 hours for an oil change and brake fluid change. When advised to change air filter, I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours! I have requested a car wash upon registration. My service advisor was rude and took forever to get me checked out. She let at least 3 people that came after me leave before I did and my car was sitting there finished. I didn't have my pay for my servi checked out. She let at least 3 people that came after me leave before I did and my car was sitting there finished. I didn't have my pay for my service because it's in my payment so I was waiting for nothing. I will not be going back to the service advisor I had again. More
