After doing weeks of searching for used truck I came to the realization that the used ones were just as much as the new ones, considering the generous discount and rebate. Found the specific one that I wanted at Crown and contacted the Internet sales rep. She verified the truck was available and provided an appointment time to my satisfaction. Met her on a Friday and she asked my if I would mind if Kalob Guillot handled the sale, my immediate thought was "here we go" the games begin. i already had my price I was wiling to do w/trade figured out. Told him so. he was somewhat taken back and even more so when i told him I did not need to test drive the truck. He had my trade appraised, came back and we started. His commit was "I'm to the point and don't want to waste either of our time". Well, he was correct. he missed my offer by $135 which I was totally fine with, so where do I sign. The entire deal took about an hour and I was out. Only issue was a lost second key. Has to order one with took a couple days, was frustrated with that at first, but really no big deal. He wound up finding the key, call me so now I have 3 key fobs. The truck was rather dusty so he asked if I could pick it up the next morning, which was fine with me. New sparkling truck, my price (at least one I was good with) full tank of gas. I good with Crown Buick and Kalob. Thanks! More
