2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Seems the service department can't fix the problem. I provided them with all the issues and details on what needs fixing. Especially the tailgate. W Seems the service department can't fix the problem. I provided them with all the issues and details on what needs fixing. Especially the tailgate. Waited more than two months for the issue to be fixed and they are still not fixed. They did not listen to my details about why there was an issue with the interior light staying on. And while the van was at the service department, the batter went dead, not once but twice. Seems I am getting disservice. Robert Mann More
