My name is Amy Pickens Service Advisor for Germain Honda of Dublin. Having started in the automotive industry in 2010 I joined Germain in December of 2018 bringing with me a vast service background. Treating the customer as I want to be treated is my focus. I’m from Youngstown, OH and miss my family. The end of 2018 found our family relocating to the Columbus area. Matthew and I have two children Jackson and Brigid. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy spending time with my family. If I were to be a superhero it would be Wonder Woman. Why not? I enjoy taking our boat out, and gardening. When our family escapes for vacation, Nashville is where I like to head. No one knows but I get nervous to speak in front of a crowd. My favorite Honda is the Pilot and I look forward to assisting you with the service of your favorite Honda.

My original quoted wait time was 4 1/2 hrs; I was waiting and she got me out noticeably sooner t efficient, and pleasant with a good sense of humor. Amy Pickens at Germain Honda of Dublin provided excellent customer service! She listened to the problem I was having with my car. I was having my car towed Sunday and she gave me the information on where to customer service! She listened to the problem I was having with my car. I was having my car towed Sunday and she gave me the information on where to bring the car and keys should be dropped off. She emailed me my appointment for Monday morning right away, She contacted me mid morning Monday with the information on what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done. Amy called at noon and my car was ready. A job well done by Amy and the technicians that fixed the car too! And it was great to get a ride to Germain from your courtesy ride service too! Thank you!
