The sales associate I worked with, Trevon Hubbard, was super helpful; while we waited for the car I requested to get to the main lot so I could drive it, he showed me additional options based on my requirements. I ended up buying a car I didn't even initially ask to drive, and it's fantastic! Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and accommodating. I've now bought two vehicles from here. No stress, no hassle. More

Easy, Organized, Responsive + FRIENDLY! I had an incredible amount of anxiety going into my car buying experience. I had an idea of the vehicle that I wanted, and began by test driving the vehicle at a different dealership (not Bourne's!) close to my home. I was rushed, intimidated, pressured, and didn't have a positive experience. Then I found Bourne's. I came across Bourne's through an online listing for a vehicle I was interested in. When I inquired if the car was still available, Amy from Bourne's replied immediately via email and answered many of my questions up front! She helped me put a hold on the vehicle (which was such an awesome option) until I could make it there 2 days later for a test drive. When I showed up for the test drive, I walked into a really busy building! I assumed right away I would be waiting a while to be helped. I was completely wrong. I was immediately welcomed by the front desk, gave my name, an in less than 2 minutes someone else greeted me with keys for the test drive. I was never rushed and felt like their team was available to answer any questions I had. After my test drive, I knew the vehicle was the right fit for me. It's a popular vehicle available at many dealerships, but felt comfortable and confident that purchasing through Bourne's would be a smooth experience for me, and my salesman Dave was extremely kind and helpful. I felt good supporting this business. From the online and in-person support to the business/finance office, I found the whole team to be really helpful and responsive. I had a follow-up question once I was home later that night, and after misplacing the contact information for the team member Dave who helped me, I reached out to Bourne's via their "online chat" option on their website. Within 2 minutes I was re-connected with the team I had previously dealt with, and they knew exactly how to help me. Will absolutely recommend Bourne's to anyone! Thank you! More

I highly recommend getting there as early as possible to get in and out before the rush. Also, the website advertises that they beat or match your financing offer, but they couldn't come close to beating the rate I got at my credit union (but I'd have been surprised if they could). That aside, I was more than satisfied with my experience buying from Bourne's. My sales associate was Tre Hubbard, who was excellent. Very personable and easy to talk to (a "good salesman" I guess). He went out of his why to make the complex transaction (external financing, registering it out of state) as easy and convenient as possible. I've driven my Subaru STI for 2 weeks and about 700 miles now with no issues, and I'm loving it; my commute is my favorite part of the day! More
