I had a quick and easy buying experience and no one makes you feel pressured to buy something. Amy responded to my inquiry about the car quickly and I was able to test drive it the next day. Great experience, they were very responsive to my initial request,, reached out and set up an appointment to look at vehicles. They were very accommodating as I looked at more than one vehicle during the vi request,, reached out and set up an appointment to look at vehicles. Made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. I was told they would have both similar vehicles ready for me. I show up at my appointment time, no one is able to help me, I stood outside for 30 mins waiting they would have both similar vehicles ready for me. I show up at my appointment time, no one is able to help me, I stood outside for 30 mins waiting for the car to show up. Drove it, wanted to buy it, couldnt find anyone to help me with the sale. Their loss. When I asked for my refundable deposit to be refunded back, I was quickly told I had to speak with someone else and I had to call him for my money back, yet the girl was quick enough to drop what she was doing and call me for the deposit initially. The text I received was to contact another person, then the girl opted me out of texting back. Basically like being hung up on. What a pathetic joke . . . . . . . . More
