Just got my first BMW from Anatoliy Yanovskiy at Flemington BMW and I can't recommend them enough. He made the process so easy and seamless. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Tom Terrill is fantastic - kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He answered all of my (many!) questions, was quick to respond to emails, and flexible with scheduling. He joined me for not just incredibly patient. He answered all of my (many!) questions, was quick to respond to emails, and flexible with scheduling. He joined me for not just one, but two test drives, sharing helpful insights about the car’s specifications along the way. The Flemington dealership is a bit of drive for us (and there's another BMW dealership in my town - just 10 minutes away!), but the extra time and effort is completely worth it. Everyone is so friendly and the service is top-notch! More
