I have always loved the sakes and service of BMW of DARIEN, but today, they outdid themselves. IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, I picked up my new 540xi (that got out of Germany right before the BMW plants cl DARIEN, but today, they outdid themselves. IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, I picked up my new 540xi (that got out of Germany right before the BMW plants closed) with safe, curbside, open-air delivery and exchange of leased cars, with everyone wearing masks and gloves! My salesman, Klaus, coordinated everything possible from home, and all I did was IPad signatures (wearing gloves and mask too, of course) and drove away. Well done 👍 More

A Terrific Car-Buying Experience I was extremely fortunate to have had Yussef Warde as my dealer at BMW of Darien. He is proactive, honest, helpful, and efficient. He knows BMW vehi I was extremely fortunate to have had Yussef Warde as my dealer at BMW of Darien. He is proactive, honest, helpful, and efficient. He knows BMW vehicles really well, is an excellent representative of the dealership, and is eager to please his customer. He made the transaction easy and seamless. The original reason for my visit was to service my prior vehicle (which Frank Ciardullo handled very professionally!) but Yussef's plain-speaking, easygoing, and candid style coupled with his attention to things that mattered to me made me realize that a trade was the way to go. And the delivery process was very smooth, thanks to Anderson Cherelius. He was a true professional. Having purchased may cars previously, I know how slow and "salesy" the finance personnel can be when explaining maintenance plans, tire plans, and the like. Anderson carefully provided all the facts for each of those programs but was not at all pushy and was a pleasure to deal with.
