Andi Vilches was exceptionally patient with us as we learned all the new features about our new car. We are the furthest from tech savvy and she took the time to make sure we understood everything befor learned all the new features about our new car. We are the furthest from tech savvy and she took the time to make sure we understood everything before we left. I felt as though me having knowledge of how everything works in my car was important to her. She certainly had her hands full when she got us. It’s not easy teaching an old dog new tricks but thanks to Andi, we know know how to use all the bills and whistles we got on our car. She was kind enough to walk through everything and gave us her card in case we have any questions. That made us feel good and made us feel as though just because the sale was final doesn’t mean the relationship with the dealer is. Hats off to Andi!! She was GREAT!! To people of my generation looking at all the features on the car could be very overwhelming and in some cases deter someone from buying a car. But if they are lucky enough to get Andi like we were they will ride in confidence knowing that they know whatever the button is for. It is people like her that bring back returning customers More

Seems I knew more about the car than sales did and I had to ask about free perks that Subaru provided but found info more helpful in the Su new car.
