The experience was amazing with Joe McDowell. I was a huge pain in the butt while looking for a new car to purchase but he did everything he could to help! It was my first time and had no idea wh I was a huge pain in the butt while looking for a new car to purchase but he did everything he could to help! It was my first time and had no idea what I was really looking for. I couldn’t pick a color and he stuck by every decision change! Needless to say.. Joe was great company and made it easy to sit at the dealership while waiting. Highly recommend him!! More

André Coleman made the trade in difficult by attempting to offer half the value of my car. Fortunatley, I had offers from other dealerships to support the value. He also snuck in a $400 key fob charge. He to offer half the value of my car. Fortunatley, I had offers from other dealerships to support the value. He also snuck in a $400 key fob charge. He then claimed the charge never happened, while claiming he is a victim that is unable to do anything about it. Then, he had the nerve to state that I was not a decent person and I was at fault. Who does that? This sales "manager" will try to convince you that red is green. Update: I spoke with the sales director today and he supported the twisted stories that I was not charged for the fob because they increased my low trade in value. He side talked his way through defending the sales person's insults. Do not buy from this dealership. Extremeley shady business. More
