Outstanding customer service! I had almost forgotten what amazing customer service feels like. Then I stepped foot into Subaru of Las Vegas and was quickly reminded! I immediately I had almost forgotten what amazing customer service feels like. Then I stepped foot into Subaru of Las Vegas and was quickly reminded! I immediately felt like a valued, long-time customer. We worked with Bri who was incredibly personable, authentic, patient and knowledgeable. This was our first new car purchase in 15 years and our first electric car purchase so we had a lot of questions which Bri handled so professionally. We also felt warmly greeted and valued by the Sales Manager Andrea who handled the initial pieces of the finance deal. They orchestrated the smoothest car purchase I’ve had to date. And finally, both Daniel and Bret were patient, knowledgeable and just great guys willing to take the time to help us understand the features of the car. I don’t usually rave about car dealerships and I’m slow to warm up but I can seriously say I feel like a valued member of the Subaru Family! I was happy to see such positive reviews on Yelp regarding the service department. That helped seal the deal. I’m looking forward to a long-term relationship with Subaru of Las Vegas! More

Best Car Buying Experience This was not like any other experience at a car dealer. Was able to walk the lot without a bunch of sales guys lurking and trying to sell me the first This was not like any other experience at a car dealer. Was able to walk the lot without a bunch of sales guys lurking and trying to sell me the first car I looked at. Walked in and was greeted by Coco. I expressed interest in test driving a WRX and STI. He took the time to explain the differences betwixt the two. I was able to drive them both and had explained to Coco that I was not ready to buy that evening. When I got back from the test drives Coco had printed up a sheet explaining the price of the car, the different packages and what the monthly payment would be with APR and different amounts of a down payment. I wasn't given the whole song and dance about "what do you want your payment to be". I coordinated with Coco the next business day and went down and was able to get in, purchase the same WRX I had test drove. At the time of purchase I was shown the features and everything. Again, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Coco is a majestic unicorn and he should be considered a xxxx national treasure in the car sale industry. Additionally Megan and Andrea reached out to me via email to make sure my experience was good. They're also awesome, but not unicorn level like Coco only because Coco's smile is just a delight and takes me back to a simpler time where everyone word was bond. Don't get me wrong, I bet Andrea and Megan have nice smiles but I just don't know. And I feel like my relationship with Subaru of Las Vegas needs to be built on trust, you know? Ok, so Coco = amazing, Subaru of LV = the best (insert Trump gif doing the hand gesture) and me = a happy panda More
