I asked them if the water leak would be fixed and they said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of re said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of repair on my car I pick up my vehicle and it’s worse than it was before. Yes, the water pump is fixed, but I wanted the water leak to be done. If there was a possibility of another leak reoccurring I would have waited until I had the money to have a running vehicle or purchased another vehicle to get me to and from to work very disappointed I called and nobody has called to reach back out to me. I have called and left a message with the department manager for repairs two times already and I still haven’t gotten any feedback not even a callback. This is the most feedback that I’ve gotten so far.
