After having a rather awful experience with the service department, I got a call or text from Rochelle, and she truly went above and beyond for me, far exceeded my expectations and absolutely changed my mi department, I got a call or text from Rochelle, and she truly went above and beyond for me, far exceeded my expectations and absolutely changed my mind about giving this dealership’s service department another chance! I can’t speak to Sales because I didn’t purchase my vehicle here, but had to have a recall fixed which requires a dealership. Anyway, Rochelle has an awesome personality, made me laugh, really enjoyed our conversation which ranged from a shared inability to keep plants alive (I’m getting better!!) to all sorts of things. She took excellent care of me and just really impressed me. Obviously I LOVE seeing females in these types of positions and she is clearly killin’ it. She deserves major props! If you find yourself in a similar position with poor service from this place, talk to Rochelle. Obviously I’d never wish that on anyone; but if it happens, you know who to go to! My girlfriend and I were driving to the States from Canada and ran into an issue on the highway, but we were able to make it to the dealership to see if it was safe to keep driving. Because of Hunter and the rest of the service staff, we felt confident continuing our journey to the states and back home. If I were from America, this would be the first and only dealership I’d go to. The staff were super friendly and genuinely caring from the moment we walked in until we left.
