This is the sixth VW we’ve purchased from Wellesley VW through the years. We’ve found them reliably supportive in sales and service. The reason for only 4 stars for the dealership is because of the unsatisfactory trade-in offer. This is after the dealership sent multiple messages that they wanted to buy my previous VW that I had purchased there. Yes, they explained their “policy” but they should stand behind their product. I went to CarMax and sold my old VW for thousands of dollars more than Wellesley VW was offering. More

The actual purchasing experience was fine. Mostly professional. The finance manager is fine, certainly not the friendliest. But when we went back to the dealership so he could show us how the car actually worked, it was obvious that he has zero interest in helping us now that he’d made the sale. More
