But Jens Albrecht took on the challenge, calmed my nerves, and put together an incredible plan. Jens was respectful, forthright, incredibly knowledgeable about my situation, and everything came together down to transferring my HP license plates. He was thorough in his explanation of the lease, and while we waited for the appointment for the driving controls installation, he invested an enormous amount of his time driving the car to make sure I understood all of the controls in real time. Even in post-lease signing, Jens has maintained regular communication with me. I'm so grateful for Jens' commitment to me. More
