The actual purchasing experience was fine. Mostly professional. The finance manager is fine, certainly not the friendliest. I live in NYS, and had bought the vehicle by corresponding with Jens Albrecht. I had to fly to Boston on a Saturday to get it. Even though my flight was delayed several times, he was very accomm corresponding with Jens Albrecht. I had to fly to Boston on a Saturday to get it. Even though my flight was delayed several times, he was very accommodating, and stayed in contact with me all that day. He even picked me up at the hotel on Sunday and drove me to the dealership to complete the delivery. He definitely went above and beyond. I am extremely happy with my new Jetta GLI! More
