I started in this industry back in 2003. I signed up for Auto Shop in high school, completing two years when I graduated in 2005. After, I got a job as a car detailer until 2007 when I got a job as a lube/tire technician at Monro Muffler. I quickly stepped up to brakes, suspension work and exhaust repairs. I moved over to parts, having worked at Napa for 4 and a half years, and then Volvo, Volkswagen and Mazda for the next 9 years as a Parts Manager. When I'm not at work I'm spending time with my dog, my kids or friends. Whatever your vehicle may need, it would be my pleasure to assist you!

Mark and the service staff were just outstanding in resolving the issue with my vehicle. They facilitated the communication with the transmission repair facility and took care of all the arrangements resolving the issue with my vehicle. Having them perform this service for me took all the pressure and angst off of my shoulders. Mark and the staff truely go out of their way to accomodate and take care of the needs of their customers.
