Just sold my truck to Harbro. Everything went as smooth as glass! Last week we nailed down all the details and discussed a pickup date. I had a loan on my truck so I got a call from Meagen. She was a big help with gathering all of the payoff information. Then they came right to me on Monday with all the paperwork completed and checks in-hand. Signed a couple forms, Tim put a FAT check in my hand, and I was waving them goodbye in about ten minutes. The whole process was simple and I felt reassured the whole way through given their reputation online. What a pleasure! Looking forward to doing business again!!! More

I have never had an experience like I did at Harbro. I had to buy a new car and I wouldn't say I like car shopping because of the salespeople. Sean went above and beyond to help two first time car buyers get into the best vehicle for them. If he did not know the exact answer or have the best explanation he made sure to connect me with the right part of the Harbro team to get it. Although there were some hiccups in the road (out of Harbro’s control) Sean and the team went above and beyond to make it right. You can tell this is a family run business and they treat you like family when you are there. Harbro also brought all the vehicles I was interested in to one location making it easier for me to decide what was best for my family. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful and safe vehicle! They offered a great used Jeep at a reasonable price and the sale could not have gone smoother. The only snag was my auto insurance company who dropped the ball more than once. Every time I walk into Harbro it’s like visiting old friends….as cliche as it may sound it is the truth.
