The best experience to date This was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership to date. Starting with Johnny; he quickly and easily scheduled my appointment, and go This was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership to date. Starting with Johnny; he quickly and easily scheduled my appointment, and got me all necessary information before arriving. He was kind, informative, and overall a pleasure to speak to. Andrew was a delight. He made me feel very in control of my purchase, and guided me to the best car that would exceed my needs. Andrew helped me decide on the 2019 HR-V. He was so thorough, and really took his time to make sure I understood all the super cool features the vehicle has. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly, and was so polite. During the entire process, he made sure to check-in with me, to make sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I never felt forgotten or left behind. Ron was also very wonderful. He made sure I understood all that was going into financing my vehicle, while also ensuring I got the best rate. He went over warranties with me, and was clear with what things were covered by each warranty I purchased. Andrew delivered the vehicle in pristine condition, and went over all aspects of my vehicle again. He made sure that I left with a perfect understanding of my car. Friendly, efficient and courteous Curry Honda's Service Department is always right on top of things and today was no exception. I arrived and was quickly seen by the friendly and cour Curry Honda's Service Department is always right on top of things and today was no exception. I arrived and was quickly seen by the friendly and courteous Senior Service Advisor, Omar Gonzalez. My paperwork was ready and waiting on me based on my conversation when I made my appointment. He reviewed my concerns with me and then showed me to the waiting room where I could have a fresh coffee while waiting for my ride home. The gentlemen who drove me home and then back to the dealership when my car was ready (early by the way) was just that a gentlemen and great driver. When I picked up my car, I was again asked if I had any questions and then sent on my way happy and secure that my CR-V is in optimum condition. More
