I had received pre-approval and called Jonathan Chizever about the car I was interested in (Kia Sportage Hybrid) and set an appointment time. From the moment we walked in the door to the close of the sale, everything was the way you want it to be when you go to make a big purchase. No intimidation, no pressure, no misinformation. No moving numbers around on an offer sheet to make you "think" you got a deal. Completely transparent. I got to shout out the standouts that we worked with. Matt in sales was responsive from the moment we arrived. He was informative on the test drive, he was patient while he walked my daughter through the credit app process. As we faced some challenges during the credit process (as one would expect with an 18 yr old with no credit), Andrew just kept finding creative solutions. And none of his solutions were ever to go outside of the budget or to sacrifice on her needs. Devon in finance walked her through the closing and made sure her and her car were protected for years to come. After all is said and done, We don't feel like we got "had". We feel more like Russ Darrow Kia was a team of "uncles" getting their "niece" into her dream car. And as a mother of a first-time car buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant to work with. 10/10 The one critique I have about the process is that Ross Darrow automatically added the Zilon and diamond extra packages raising the price of the vehicle by $2000. There was apparently no way to opt out of those. Overall, very happy with our experience. More

Greeted right away by Everett who helped thru all our questions and helped us confirm we had the right vehicle for our family (the Carnival SX). With having our kids with us, it was good to have the kids questions and helped us confirm we had the right vehicle for our family (the Carnival SX).
