A relationship with Michael and Russ Darrow Kia with a phone call, though brief that phone call established the confidence that we could expect trustworthy people who would treat us with respect transparency and become more than just a single transaction with someone we could begin to count on for a longer term repeat business. We were able to identify a vehicle make an appointment and it was ready waiting for us when we flew in. So far the experience has been one of our better automotive buying experiences ever. I had received pre-approval and called Jonathan Chizever about the car I was interested in (Kia Sportage Hybrid) and set an appointment time.
