This dealership is the easiest dealership we have ever worked with. We look up the car we are interested in on their website and then we call or email them to work out the agreement! Simple as that. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I had walked off 15 car lots and was ready to quit bc of all the pressure and games. I went to Hyundai of St. Augustine and I was treated like I was going buy a $50,000 car. In truth I couldn't afford a $10,000 car. Randy was honest and helpful and they gave me an amazing deal on my trade and the car I wanted. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Andrew and Randy cared about ME AND MY BUDGET. Wow. I will tell you this, if you have lost all faith in car salesmen, go to Hyundai of St. Augustine. I love these guys and they are the REAL DEAL personally and financially. The purchase of a new car is a notoriously unpleasant experience. However at Hyundai of St Augustine the experience was a very pleasurable one. The experience started with a cordial meeting soon after ge experience. However at Hyundai of St Augustine the experience was a very pleasurable one. The experience started with a cordial meeting soon after getting out of our car. Not the usual stampede of salesmen fighting to get to you first to claim you as their territory. As we walked toward the sales room a salesperson asked if he could direct us to anyone in particular. After giving him the name of a salesperson, and being told that person was off for the weekend, we were directed to Roosevelt. Roosevelt asked what type of vehicle we were interested in and many pertinent questions to narrow the choices and provide selections to view. We took a car out for a test drive which lasted about 30 minutes. We were a bit surprised that no salesperson went with us. We found that to be a huge factor in the "no pressure" experience of Roosevelt and Hyundai of St Augustine. After settling on the car we wanted to buy we were (again) expecting the unpleasant haggling over money that typically occurs. But again, Roosevelt and Hyundai of St Augustine exceeded our wildest expectations. Roosevelt knew we had financial information from Kelly Blue Book for our trade-in vehicle and for the Elantra we were purchasing. The money was decided in less than 15 minutes; with us being very happy! Another outstanding feature was the explanation of the workings of the car. That even included Roosie downloading my contact list from my iPhone to the Bluetooth feature of the car. Having been a many, many year Honda Civic owner and fan I can say without any hesitation that the Hyundai Elantra beats the Civic by a wide margin. No wonder the Elantra is 2012 Car of the Year. It certainly is in my book! I just love my car. Thank you Roosie and Hyundai of St Augustine for such a pleasant car-buying experience! More

I have been driving for over 50 years. I have had many I have been driving for over 50 years. I have had many different cars from early on Ford's Chevies Plymouths and Pina Farinas now to Jaqs,Lexus and C I have been driving for over 50 years. I have had many different cars from early on Ford's Chevies Plymouths and Pina Farinas now to Jaqs,Lexus and Cadies. My first experiences with my new Equus (1700 miles) has been the best of any of my cars and the latter cars have been new as well. The ride style and the fun of driving the car has been great for me. I am still trying to learn all the bells and whistles and so are all my friends. I feel safe in the car and I enjoy all the ambiance it affords. John W. Mangum, III More

I had been looking to purchase a new Hyundai Veloster for several months prior to it's introduction. (I'm in the Tampa/Clearwater area). Once the vehicle hit the dealerships I went to a local dealer I had several months prior to it's introduction. (I'm in the Tampa/Clearwater area). Once the vehicle hit the dealerships I went to a local dealer I had purchased a Sonata from last year and put down a deposit on a Vitamin C (orange) Veloster. I was told the vehicle was in port, and should be delivered in several days. After waiting 3 weeks, I went online and started searching. This is where I ran into St. Augustine Hyundai. I was on their website and they showed the exact vehicle I was looking for, soon to be delivered to he dealership. I clicked a button requesting more information, and within 10 minutes I got an email from Andrew DiFeo. Keep in mind, this was at 10PM...I wasn't expecting such a speedy response. I explained to Andrew my situation with my local dealer, plus the fact I was 250 miles away. Andrew and I emailed each other back and forth the next day, where he later introduced me to Joey. They went out of their way to actually pull info from Hyundai and transporter that was hauling the vehicle and within 2 hours, I had an ACTUAL confirmation the vehicle would be delivered within the next 2 days. Andrew and Joey actually negotiated everything via e-mail, and before I knew, Joey had e-mailed me a photo of the actual car I was buying just as it had rolled off the truck (it still had plastic all over it)!. The next day I made the drive up to St. Augustine. Andrew met me as I pulled onto the parking lot. Shook my hand and immediately took me over to meet Joey. Joey had my car all washed up and ready to go, parked on the front drive. Joey was great...informative, polite, no pressure what so ever! A GREAT guy to deal with. If you can, be sure to get Joey to be your salesman. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. I purchase 2 new vehicles every year. I have never had such great service. I wouldn't hesitate making the 4 1/2 hour drive again to St. Augustine Hyundai for my next purchase! More

This was our first experience with Hyundai. I am impressed with the quality of the Genesis for the cost. Obvoiusly Hyundai believes in their product by offering the great warranty.
