Joel Leimer was our dealer and he went above and beyond to try and make our experience the best possible. We had to come in late and he stayed until close so we could get a jetta for my husband. Our previous jetta unfortunately met its demise when a deer decided to run into it and total the car. He worked with us and made sure we felt comfortable at all times and we were able to get my husband back on the road quickly.
