I had an extremely bad experience with this dealership. The finance guy tacked on a $3200 warranty that I didn't ask for. And when I asked him to remove it, he said all I had to do was email him and he wou The finance guy tacked on a $3200 warranty that I didn't ask for. And when I asked him to remove it, he said all I had to do was email him and he would remove it. After I emailed him, he said I needed to wait a week until the bank sends me my account number. So I waited. When I got my account number, I sent that to him, and he said I then needed to fill out a Cancellation Form. I filled it out, and sent it to him. He said that the form is being processed and it would take a week for the transaction to be updated. It's been a week now, and I emailed him yesterday. And he responded with this, "IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND WILL APPEAR ON YOUR WELLS FSRGO BALANCE , IT TAKES ABOUT 4 WEEKS TO SHOW." This is not how a business should be run. You don't try and screw over your customer like this. Now I have to wait 4 weeks to make sure this guy is telling the truth. Also this same finance guy never gave me the signed docs/contract for the car. He said he would email them to me, when I was signing. But he never sent them. I kept asking, and he said he would send them. But I still don't have them. I have nothing that shows I made a purchase of this car. Which I've had for 3 weeks now. Isn't there something wrong with that? I have no proof that I even bought a car! This is the worst experience ever! Finally, after I expressed my frustration, I was just sent my signed documents. This should have been given to me on the day of purchase. More
