Went into the dealership to let them know that I didn’t have a lot of time nor do I want to spend a lot of time going back and forth. I have been in discussions with Ramon for almost a year; from the beginning of the car buying process through the actual purchase. I know you sell cars to make money and you do it well like any other dealership. However, this is a people's business, and you have to make people feel good about the product they are buying and their shopping experience. That said, because of the time and effort provided by Ramon, I chose to travel from Crete, IL to give my business to Grand Subaru in Bensenville. This is not my first auto purchase, and this has been one of the best experiences for me.
