The sales experience with Miguel was great. He responded timely to every question I had and I’m completely happy with my new 2024 Suburban. However, I wish I could say the same for the finance He responded timely to every question I had and I’m completely happy with my new 2024 Suburban. However, I wish I could say the same for the finance area. It took several calls to get them to call for the validation code on the Navy Federal check I brought in (3 days later) and they still have not to deposit the check (3 days ago). I have called and left 5 messages for various people and have yet to hear back from anyone. I’m completely frustrated and extremely unhappy. More
