We are very grateful for the great service we received last Thursday, we are from PA and were driving our 430xi on I-10 when I hit a pothole and ruined a tire. We called BMW roadside assistance, they dire last Thursday, we are from PA and were driving our 430xi on I-10 when I hit a pothole and ruined a tire. We called BMW roadside assistance, they directed us to Galliera. One we arrived Andrew handled our problem, quickly and efficiently. We were back on the road in less than two hours with tire replaced, full. Service and alignment. We are back in PA. Now with a minimal disruption to our vacation. Thank YOU again, Howard Scott More

Ben was phenomenal. He sold me my truck starting with a simple text message! He was professional and patient, very knowledgeable, and understanding. The service department is very disappointed. We have taken our BMW 5 different times for the same reason. Leaking coolant,, We pick it up don’t even get 200 miles on the car and it’s leaking aga We have taken our BMW 5 different times for the same reason. I have brought over 15 different vehicles from Mandel and did all of my business with them. The way they treat their customers now I will never buy a vehicle or take a vehicle to them. They lost all of my business. More
