Yassir was tremendous with his knowledge of the CX-5 and his willingness to explain every operating detail of the car. I was blown away by the customer service I received from the Bradshaw Mazda team, especially from Richard Lovedahl, who helped me with my purchase. He was attentive, energetic, built great rapport, and put the Bradshaw Mazda team, especially from Richard Lovedahl, who helped me with my purchase. He was attentive, energetic, built great rapport, and put a lot of effort into securing the CX5 I wanted. He even took the time to give me a tutorial on how to use all the features. I really appreciated his diligence in providing excellent service from start to finish. Andy was great too. I felt no pressure to choose certain warranty/service options. The choices were presented and I customized to my liking. Great experience overall. I highly recommend this team! More

We used dealerrater.com and fortunately found Richard Lovedahl at Bradshaw Mazda to help us on a new vehicle purchase. Richard’s thorough knowledge of Mazda model features and benefits helped us select b Lovedahl at Bradshaw Mazda to help us on a new vehicle purchase. Richard’s thorough knowledge of Mazda model features and benefits helped us select between two very good choices. He had both vehicles ready for test drives at our appointment time. The no-nonsense pricing discussions, along with one of the lowest dealer “closing fees” in the state made the comparison and decision even easier. Once we decided on a specific vehicle, there was no pressure to purchase the add-on warranties, etc as with most dealers (Thanks Andy!). Richard made sure the car was prepped and ready and then spent a great deal of time demonstrating all of the key setup options and making sure we were ready to drive off. This was my best vehicle purchase experience in over 40 years of vehicle ownership. We will definitely be recommending Richard Lovedahl and Bradshaw Mazda to all of our friends and relatives! More
