Third time is a charm! We originally went here from a Third time is a charm! We originally went here from a lead on Facebook to look at a truck that the details listed and a phone conversation met the c Third time is a charm! We originally went here from a lead on Facebook to look at a truck that the details listed and a phone conversation met the criteria we were looking for. Once my family and I drove the hour away to get there the truck was not in fact how it was listed online (stated it was a diesel, but it was a gas). Since we were already there they showed us a true diesel truck that was $20,000 over what we wanted to spend and then did not understand the reason we were not interested in purchasing it; we left that day not feeling very happy or impressed. One week later (after searching other dealers) I went back thinking maybe looking at another truck that was a gas, but a good price and pristine pictures online might be a true option now, I called first was told they would pull it out and it had no issues- was a great truck and super clean. Upon my inspection before even test driving it the truck was full of rust and rot on the rocker panels and the doors. I was not very happy to say the least and left the dealership. A few days later I received a survey and of course I was willing to participate, so I left my open and honest feedback on my experience with the dealership. About 30 minutes later I received a call from Eric there who apologized, listened to my concerns, listened to what my wants and needs were in a truck and for my family and wanted to see what he could do to make this right. Finally, the call came in there was a truck and it sounded perfect, my family and I drove out again met with Tony who was truly amazing to work with. There was the 2014 Ford F-350 Super Duty Turbo Diesel Lariat clean and waiting for us to test drive it. Tony was professional , patient, and very knowledgeable. He even bought our son half the vending machine because we were there during and after lunch! Financing and registration went smoothly too, everyone we encountered that day was top notch. Needless to say third time was a charm for sure and we went home with a beautiful big truck for my family to love for years. Our opinion on this dealership sure went from one star to five! Maybe a full tank of diesel can be put in the next one haha, this one was only at a quarter of a tank. Either way though.... thank you for making it right and we sure love the new truck! More
