My wife and I have been driving Honda vehicles for many years. Luckily Don Ayres Honda has been the dealership for Honda because it really ties together what you want out of Honda altogether. They don't sell cars at extreme undercut prices and in return you get poorly paid employees to deal with, or poor service to maintain the vehicle. They have happy talented people working for them and that makes a difference in how they treat you. You can completely feel they have a culture on how to do things. Andy Hitzemann does his homework on the vehicles and can actually answer questions on difference between them. I'm a very detailed individual and I do my own homework, and Andy was spot on with his knowledge compared to what I already knew about the line up of trims on the Accord. At any point I could have said I'm not interested and he would not have made me feel I wasted his time. I value that situation greatly. One thing I wish Don Ayres would do is advertise incentives or price reductions online while you shop. You will have to ask for a price break if one can be given. I didn't feel that was worth a solid 1 star deduction, so I still placed it at 5 stars. I completely recommend Don Ayres for Honda or Acura automobiles. More
