The best car buying experience ever. I approached Don Ayres Honda for a new Honda CR-V lease. Andy Hitzemann was the sales person who helped me. I had a very limited budget for this CR-V. Any problems we have, which are very few he takes care of my wife. We purchased a new 2016 Accord Sport. There was a minor recall on it and Tony Vincent was waiting on my wife to pull in for the service. Promised her car in 45 minutes and she was out of there in 30 minutes. Service there is outstanding. Historically decision makering isn't our favorite but Andy was patient and allowed us to do our waffling with out any pressure. Especially since I was in Louisiana and the car was up on the lot in Fort Wayne. My brother was able to look at the two and help me feel good about the one I choose! And both cars were a great price after searching several dealerships in the country. I have never had a car delivered to me! Maybe it will have one of those big car bows on the top ... Maybe not.
