Amazing!! Andy went above and beyond during the whole process. From being able to secure the payment that we wanted, to making sure that we received the best pr Andy went above and beyond during the whole process. From being able to secure the payment that we wanted, to making sure that we received the best price for our trade in. When we initially test drove the Chevy Cruze that we had come to the dealership to see, we noticed a fairly large crack in the windshield and 2 small chip pieces of paint on the rear of the car. We were assured that these items would be taken care of in a timely fashion. Andy stayed in touch with us daily to let us know of the progress and when we would able to pick up the new car. On the day we picked up the car Andy noticed that someone had removed the front license plate and taken out the spare tire. He apologized repeatedly and we assured him that it would be no problem to come back up once the license plate bracket was ordered and a tire could be located. A few short days later we were able to return to get the license plate bracket installed and the tire placed in the trunk space. It was a quick visit and he even topped off my gas tank. Amazing quality service and a wonderful dedicated employee. We will be back for sure! More
