AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! Didn't know what to expect with BLM but my wife and I were completely satisfied with this adventure. We were looking for a Tesla and they have the largest selection we have found. You expect car salespeople to be pleasant but EVERYONE was first rate! Jimmy Adams was knowledgeable about Teslas and about the entire process. He was straightforward, accommodating and helpful in every way. From what I saw, all their sales staff is the same way. They gave a fair price on our trade-in and were kind enough to give us a loaner car of our choice while some improvements were made to the car we purchased. If you are wanting to buy a car, go see these guys. I know they will treat you right! More

It's been a while since I bought my last car, so I was excited about replacing my old 2007 Murano with a nice 2020 Murano, that is until the folks at Birmingham Luxury Motors “took me for a ride” — Mafia excited about replacing my old 2007 Murano with a nice 2020 Murano, that is until the folks at Birmingham Luxury Motors “took me for a ride” — Mafia style. I played the role of “Sucker” after BhamLM pushed off a car on me with a bent front right wheel strut. It was definitely from a previous accident (was not in the CarFax report), and definitely something they knew about. Now I know how Charlie Brown feels every Halloween when he thinks he’s getting candy but only gets a bag of rocks! In my case, I was the “Block Head” who put my trust in Bham Luxury Motors and got tricked instead of treated. Word of advice, don’t agree to any terms for a vehicle from this place unless you get an all points auto check and a ‘thumbs up’ from your mechanic. The CarFax report said it was in an accident and the damage was a minor “side swipe” on the drivers side, and the car was not totaled. This car needed some repair work because remnants of the accident were still present. The front bumper was still hanging down, there was a part missing from the front-top part of the bumper that left a small hole, and some minor scratches on both sides and front. BhamLM did fix all that, so I thought that was great…right? WRONG! Not So Fast My Friend! When I took it on the freeway, it was pulling unusually hard to the left, so I thought it just needed a front-wheel alignment. My sales person, Tanya, agreed they’d do the alignment but I’d have to wait a couple of weeks because they did not yet have the equipment in the service department to do an alignment. So cool, I’ll wait until they get the equipment. However, one day when the car was in my driveway, I noticed that the front right wheel look slightly crooked, so I took it to a mechanic shop to check it out. After my mechanic checked it on the rack, the first thing he asked me was, “were you in an accident?”. The right-wheel strut was bent at an angle and was severely compromised. And the mechanics also showed me bent metal on the bottom of the car where it looked like the car struck something with tremendous force. Unfortunately, when it comes to the used car business, even though you hope for better, you have to expect a level of dis-honesty, not-forthcomingness, and “lip service”. However, when it comes to matters of safety, all that used car salesmanship should be tossed out the window. If I’m driving down the road and hit something the wrong way, like a curb, a railroad track, or some object on the freeway, then POW! The wheel could come flying off and there goes me and my family careening into a ditch or off a cliff! After some insisting for compensation, BhamLM wrote me a check $500 for a $1,257.61 job. Andy (sales manager) said I was lucky to get that. Really? My family’s safety is wroth a lot more than $500, in fact, it’s priceless! Tanya, my salesperson said she tried to convince them to cover the full amount -- I couldn't tell. Well if she did try to convince them to cover the full amount, she was extremely ineffective. As far as I know she was just telling me stuff to ease my angst. The bottom-line is this: Don’t be a Charlie Brown Block Head like me and get your potential vehicle purchase checked out by your personal mechanic. Don’t trust what they tell you at Birmingham Luxury Motors. More

I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 from here and had great experience. Unlike other dealerships I've dealt with in the past, the process here was seamless and transparent. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to the EV tax credit, which is rare to find. All other dealerships I dealt with while looking for a tesla made it seem complicated and some didn’t even hear about it. A special thanks to Tanya, who provided excellent communication and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions promptly even on her days off. She also made sure the acceleration boost package from the previous owner stayed with the car, which basically saved me $2000. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car, and especially an EV since they have so many options to choose from. More
