This past visit Bob Knott worked with me and he is quite competent, professional, warm and welcoming. Quite frankly, I would only drive Volvo cars and only go to Prestige Volvo. The service techs are excellent and every experience I have - whether it’s a scheduled service or an emergency that creates anxiety and stress for me - is addressed in the very best and professional manner.
