I brought my XC90 T6 due to water coming in from the rear right portion. I was told we need to replace the sealing strips in the sunroof and the drain tubes maybe clogged so it needs to be also cleaned. I right portion. I was told we need to replace the sealing strips in the sunroof and the drain tubes maybe clogged so it needs to be also cleaned. I immediately approved the suggested work to remedy my concern. After 3 days, I was able to pick-up my unit. Unfortunately the next day when it rained, water is still coming in and my concern was not addressed and to make matter worse, now there's dripping in the front portion where the rearview mirror is located. There was no issue in the front portion when I brought my vehicle there, it only happened after they replaced the seals. I am writing this review just to document the new leak in front because it might result into a new issue later on as a result. In fairness to my service advisor Jason, he was very apologetic on what happened and promised to address my complaints as soon as I bring the vehicle back. But I highly suggest that Prestige Volvo Service Department should implement a more stringent quality measure especially before releasing vehicles entrusted under their care so waste of time and money from the customer's end can be prevented moving forward. More

Every time I go to prestige Volvo everyone has a smile and I feel like they are genuinely happy to see me. Jason is always so informative and helpful. Jason was very helpful when our XC90 failed to start after an update. He took care of this quickly and got us into a loaner. The service turned around time was quick. It is running perfectly. Prestige Volvo is excellent . . Everyone is so nice , the customer needs are met in every way. The showroom, waiting room etc are clean , lovely . Wonderful coffee and snacks alway . The service at Prestige Volvo was incredible. I was greeted by Jason, my service representative, and he was very helpful and informative.
