I am very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. They broke my shaker hood and it took an unreasonably long time just to get an appointment for the repair. After finally replacing the ho dealership. They broke my shaker hood and it took an unreasonably long time just to get an appointment for the repair. After finally replacing the hood, they never replaced my 392 Hemi decals. I was told they had been ordered back on August 17th, but I still have not received them or even a follow-up call. On top of that, they claimed they provided a complimentary hand wash and detail, but my wheels were just as dirty as when I dropped the car off—so I question if that was ever actually done. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. To this day, I am still waiting for a callback and resolution. More
