MY WIFE WANTED A CAR THAT WOULD LAST, SHE RESEARCHED AND DECIDED ON THE SUBARU OUTBACK. SHE MADE AN APPOINTMENT ON LINE WITH DON MEALY SPORTS SUBARU. WHEN SHE GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP SHE WAS GREETED BY ANGEL DECIDED ON THE SUBARU OUTBACK. SHE MADE AN APPOINTMENT ON LINE WITH DON MEALY SPORTS SUBARU. WHEN SHE GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP SHE WAS GREETED BY ANGEL DIAZ AND HE DISCUSSED THE CAR WITH AND TOLD HER TO BRING ME ALONG NEXT VISIT. SHE DID AND I MET ANGEL WHO HANDED US OVER TO FRANCIS VARGAS. FRANCIS IS GREAT, SHE TOOK US FOR A TEST DRIVE AND SHOWED US ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES WITH THE OUTBACK. THE TECHNOLOGY OF THE SUBARU COMPARED TO OUR CAR, WAS LIKE COMPARING A MODEL "T" TO A HORSE AND BUGGY. FRANCIS WAS GREAT IN ASSUREING US THAT WE WOULD BE SAFE AND COMFORTABLE IN THIS CAR AND WOULD FIGURE OU HOW EVERYTHING WORKED . AFTER ALL SHE OWNES AN OUTBACK ALSO. WE SAT WITH FRANCIS AFTER THE TEST DRIVE AND DISCUSSED PRICING AND FINANCING. WE ORDERED THE CAR AND WERE NOTIFIED WHEN IT CAME IN TO THE DEALERSHIP. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO FINALLY CLOSE THE DEAL, FRANCIS SHOWED US OUR OUTBACK AND HANDED US OVER TO JONATHAN FRISBY, WHO GETS TO WATCH YOU SIGN ALL THE PAPER WORK, AND EXPLAIN TO YOU WHAT YOUR SIGNING. HA,HA. HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO US THE EXTENDED WARRENTY COVERAGES TO US, FOR WHICH I WAS GLAD FOR. WE WANT TO TAKE CARE OF THIS CAR. OUR LAST CAR WE KEPT FOR 10 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST NEW CAR WE'VE PURCHASED IN 15 YEARS. When the car came in I flew to Florida and my daughter and I went to the dealership to pick up the car. Once there they made us feel right at home. Great customer service and they go through everything with no pressure selling. The sales manager even introduced himself to us to make sure we we’re happy and the process was pleasant. I have bought 20 new vehicles to this point and this was one of my best. I will definitely buy from them again. Don’t forget to ask for Angel he was great! More

Beware of Salem Hadid very shady character he will lie right to your face and tries to make like he is doing you a favor I almost walked out because of him he still cheated me out of $70 in the end my wif right to your face and tries to make like he is doing you a favor I almost walked out because of him he still cheated me out of $70 in the end my wife was tired of the whole game she asked me to just sign the papers so we could go. If I met with him first I would not have bought the vehicle. A bright spot was my salesman Angel Diaz I would definitely recommend him as for Salem or (Sammy as he goes by,) tell them no thanks and wait for another finance person he he worked for me he would be down the road to outright lie to customers. More
