Wife went to this dealership twice to have Nitrogen put into her car. Again, asked to check it for leaks. After about 2 hours of waiting, service claimed there was a slice in the tire and it needed to be r into her car. Again, asked to check it for leaks. After about 2 hours of waiting, service claimed there was a slice in the tire and it needed to be replaced. We have warranty with another dealership and she asked them to put Nitrogen into the tire for safety. She left and the light was still on. Meaning nitrogen was never added. She went to another Honda Dealership westside Fort Worth and they said there was nothing wrong with the tire. The cut was superficial and barely noticeable. They added Nitrogen and the light went off. I am struggling to understand how a service technician could make this mistake or if it was even a mistake. Was it because she is a lady with little knowledge? I can't trust this Dealership. I will not go there again. More
